2nd Amendment Assault!

Who is really “running the show” when it comes to appropriations in the State of Utah? If you guessed the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst, then you are RIGHT! Who are these ladies and gentlemen, and why would I suggest that they are “running the show”? Well, they are the ones tasked with taking the Governors proposed budget and the to recommend specific funding. Since attending many of the appropriation committee members, it is apparent that they RUN the show, the people asking for the $ support the show, and our legislators and there to enjoy the show….
