2nd Amendment Assault!

Who is really “running the show” when it comes to appropriations in the State of Utah? If you guessed the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst, then you are RIGHT! Who are these ladies and gentlemen, and why would I suggest that they are “running the show”? Well, they are the ones tasked with taking the Governors proposed budget and the to recommend specific funding. Since attending many of the appropriation committee members, it is apparent that they RUN the show, the people asking for the $ support the show, and our legislators and there to enjoy the show….

- HB109 Universal Background Checks:

o Ever wonder how they could really enforce something like this? Only way would be to have a data base with every gun user, and every gun.

- HB229 Red Flag Legislation:

o Remove “due process” and seize your guns based on the accusation of another, and do so for ONE YEAR.

Kansas legislation that declares that federal red-flag laws would “infringe upon the constitutional rights of Kansas residents, including, but not limited to, the right to due process, the right to keep and bear arms and the right to free speech.” and
